These photos were taken on Friday, 16 July 2004, about 7:40 A.M.

Front door of Morley. Morley lobby, looking toward front door (Millis side). The white door to the left opens into a neat L-shaped janitor's closet under the stairs. The stone insets on either side of the stairs are engraved with Morley's name and the names of many famous chemists (just like Rockefeller has the names of famous physicists on white blocks all around the top perimeter). Stairs up to landing, from lobby. Stairs up to second floor, from landing.
Exit to second floor, taken from the stairs leading up the the landing between the second and third floors. The steps leading up to the Morley 205 lecture room are visible through the door. Second floor lobby, from Morley 205 (classroom) steps. Straight ahead is another lobby in front of offices and labs. The women's washroom is around the corner to the right and down that corridor. Corridor to Jens Cavallius' office (left foreground), women's washroom (left beyond the bulletin board), south stairwell and elevator (up the stairs again). Seat backs are visible through the doorway to Morley 205.
Women's washroom and those miserable stairs. There is another office at the top left. The elevator is to the left in front of the exit door (which opens into the south stairwell). Lobby in front of Nancy DiIulio's office. The corridor to the left leads to Marty Rosenberg's office, an empty lab, and a half-flight of steps that do up to a door that opens onto the fire escape, I think. Corridor to Rich Drushel's office and some rooms in Roy Ritzmann's lab. This photo is taken from the same spot as the previous photo except rotated 90 degrees to the left. The first door on the left had a still-working refrigerator.
The icky fridge in the Ritzmann lab. It was still cold inside, and still stuff in it IIRC. It probably is still plugged in and working today, 4 years later... Doorway to Rich's old office. Closeup of door, room 208C. I still have that sign on the wall! I took it down as a memento before the building locks were changed.
Rich's old office, from around corner just inside the doorway, looking towards the window (north end of the building). The blackboard had been untouched since Summer 2001. It has notes from the journal paper I was working on then. Looking back towards door. The cardboard box on the floor still had stuff of mine in it that I didn't have room for in my renovated office back in DeGrace. The rest is power tools and an extension cord, used for building stuff that summer (2004) for my work in the Chiel lab. South corridor, from first floor lobby, at the top of the stairs up from the front door. I think that drinking fountain was relocated from the first floor of Biology (it used to stand against the wall where the brass portraits of the DeGraces are now in the renovated building). The men's washroom is down the hall to the left. There are also several offices, and then the elevator and the stairwell at the end of the corridor.
Men's washroom. The back door, from the end of the south corridor (looking towards Strosacker). The fire alarm system (deactivated) for the old chemical storage area (behind wall to the left) is seen behind the ladder. Back door of Morley. The fire escape exits from Morley 205. That was the standard way out at the end of class.
